• If you're located outside of Washington, we offer homeopathic and wellness consulting services nationwide.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required to schedule all appointments. Your card will only be charged if a late cancellation or no-show fee is incurred.

Discovery calls are always free, even in the case of a no-show. However, no-shows for discovery calls cannot be rebooked.

Intake paperwork must be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If not received in time, your appointment may be automatically canceled.

Our clinic upholds a clear cancellation and no-show policy:

• Cancellations with less than 48hrs notice are subject to a 50% non-refundable fee.

• All no-shows are billed at the full rate of appt.

• For all Initial Appt's booked, please check your Spam folder if you do not receive my intake forms within a day of booking.
