Dr. Kasia Hanaj is board certified in naturopathic medicine specializing in pediatrics. She earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University and completed advanced clinical training that shaped her integrative and comprehensive approach to care.

Her journey began with a one year homeopathic training under the mentorship of Angelica Lemke, ND, a globally recognized authority and author in the homeopathic treatment of complex pediatric cases. She then completed a naturopathic medical residency at Vital Kids Medicine, a leading biomedical pediatric clinic specializing in neurodevelopmental conditions such as ASD and PANS/PANDAS. During her time at Vital Kids Medicine, Dr. Hanaj received extensive medical training, serving as a primary care physician, further refining her skills in biomedical, functional, and integrative medicine.

Dr. Hanaj takes a meticulous and comprehensive approach to every case, evaluating medical history, current health status, and contributing bacterial, viral, genetic, and environmental factors. Throughout treatment, she also assesses emotional and trauma-related influences on disease, ensuring a truly holistic approach to healing.

At the core of her practice is modern homeopathy, thoughtfully integrated with individualized naturopathic medicine. This may include targeted supplementation, herbal medicine, functional laboratory testing, and other evidence-based therapies when appropriate. Dr. Hanaj is committed to providing personalized, whole-person care that supports restoration of health, balance, and long-term well-being for both children and adults.

  • Served as a homeopathic consultant for Homeopathy Hive for two years, a homeopathy practice specializing in complex pediatric cases

  • Volunteered with Homeopathy for Health in Africa under the mentorship of Jeremy and Camilla Sherr

  • Studied personally with the late Dr. Prasanta Banerji in Kolkata, India, co-author of The Banerji Protocols

Homeopathy Around the World

Dr. Hanaj was fortunate to study in Tanzania with Jeremy Sherr, a world-renowned homeopath. Jeremy Sherr’s project Homeopathy Healing Africa, HHA, is best known in its treatment of HIV+ patients with homeopathy for free. Today HHA has over 20 clinics in the Kilimanjaro region of Tanzania treated patients in remote villages such as the Maasai.

Dr. Hanaj studied with the late Dr. Banerji in Kolkata, India. The Banerji Clinic treats 500+ patients a day for free and specializes in the treatment of cancer using homeopathy. The American Cancer Association even investigated the Banerji Clinic due to his claims of radical results and confirmed the legitimacy of the clinic’s results. Dr. Banerji is best known for his book called The Banerji Protocols.

Philosophy of Care

  • Sensitive children are often among the most intuitive and wise. Sensitivity is not a flaw; it is a form of deep intelligence that deserves to be honored and supported.

  • Being nonspeaking does not mean a lack of understanding. Time and again, I have witnessed that nonspeaking children are deeply aware, emotionally attuned, and highly intelligent.

  • Chronic illness is not a life sentence, but a message. It is the body’s way of asking us to slow down, look deeper, and listen.

  • True healing can only occur when we treat the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. When one of these is ignored, the root of illness often remains.
