This is an opportunity for you to determine if we’re a good fit for you and your family, as well as to ask any lingering questions. Please note that this is a one-time offer per client. If the appointment is missed or marked as a "no-show," and you would like to reschedule, the rescheduled appointment will have a $50 fee.

Initial Intake- Pediatric and Adult

Your first visit is a comprehensive deep dive into your health story. As both a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and a Homeopath, I bring an integrative approach that blends root-cause naturopathic care with the precision of homeopathy.

During this 90-minute consultation, we will:

  • Explore your personal and family health history in detail

  • Identify underlying patterns contributing to your current symptoms

  • Review past labs, treatments, and interventions; clarifying what’s missing and whether additional testing may be helpful

  • Create a tailored plan that reflects your unique needs and goals

Follow up

We expect that follow-up appointments will be made every 4-6 weeks during treatment. Return appointments are essential for adjusting the treatment plan and keeping you moving forward on your path.

Email Correspondence Policy

We understand that questions and concerns come up, and we want to be available to support you every step of the way. Messages seeking clarification about a previously discussed treatment plan will be answered free of charge.

Emails that require more than a simple clarification such as detailed responses or medical advice will incur a fee based on the nature of the request:

  • Extended Email Response ($40): Applies to emails that require a detailed response or medical guidance beyond a brief clarification.

  • Email Prescribing ($50): Applies to emails that involve medical advice, treatment planning, or the issuance of new prescriptions.

These fees reflect the time and professional expertise required to review, assess, and respond appropriately.

Lab Processing Fees

We are committed to keeping lab costs as affordable as possible. We never upcharge for labs and always provide the lowest available pricing. To cover the administrative time required for processing paperwork, we charge a low $30 Lab Processing Fee.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations arise, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, to ensure fairness to both our practice and other patients, we have the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment: No fee.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice: Subject to a 50% non-refundable fee.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations: Billed at the full appointment rate.

Fees are subject to change without notice.

We reserve dedicated time for each patient, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows make it difficult for us to offer that time to others in need. This policy allows us to continue providing high-quality care and serving all of our patients effectively.
